QUESTIONS
Good questions, plain answers.
Does patient data ever leave my workstation?
Only if you choose a remote model. In that case, protected health information is removed before anything is sent so no identifiable medical information is transmitted. With the local model, inference runs entirely on-device and nothing is sent out. Backups are stored in a space you control and the data is encrypted.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. Raisonance works by default with a local model to guarantee maximum privacy, and can also be configured with a remote model if you need one.
Which platforms are supported?
The current desktop version only supports Linux. Windows support is planned for a later release.
How does licensing work?
At purchase, a license key is issued so you can activate the software for one year. During that period, updates are installed automatically.
