Subscriptions and renewal

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a license is sold as an annual subscription that renews automatically for equal periods. The renewal date and price are shown in your account.

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial, offered as a commercial courtesy, before the first charge. A payment method is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account’s billing management to avoid being charged; if you do not cancel, the first annual charge occurs automatically at the end of the trial.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Where we are unable to resolve a significant technical problem that prevents you from using Raisonance, contact benoitdelemps@protonmail.com and we will consider a fair resolution.

No consumer right of withdrawal

As Raisonance is sold to professionals for purposes relating to their activity, the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply. See the Terms of sale.
